Return Policy
Returns We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at customer.service@theluxeleather.com. We will provide a return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please return it first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customer.service@theluxeleather.com.
Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, including international shipping if applicable.
